Sample Australian StudentVisa Application with some useful Tips

Hello friends, I have applied for an Australian visa all by myself (without help from any agents) and successfully got my Student Visa(Sub-class 500) granted.

Tips

Documents Required (Scanning by a mobile app will do)

1. Identity Proof — National ID Card(Aadhar Card for India), Passport
2. Genuine Temporary Entrant Requirement with proof — How to Write / sample letters
3. Health Insurance Certificate (Can be obtained by visiting the insurance provider's website. In my case policy number was in the format 7XXXXXXANU and I got my certificate from this website by creating a student account which will require the policy number, last name, and date of birth)
4. Others Section(After making payment for VISA) — ‘Others section’ will be enabled after making payment for VISA where you have to submit funding proof(living cost + tuition fees), IELTS/TOEFL, and Previous Studies proof(unofficial will also do, but if you have official you should provide it).

3. The genuineness of everything you claim in your GTE letter needs to be supported through appropriate documentary evidence. [At the end in the documents section. I personally combined the letter together with the supporting documents as a single pdf and then uploaded it.]

How to make payment

I will personally recommend paying using Paypal. Create a Paypal account link with a global/international debit/credit card. You must make sure that international transaction, POS, and e-commerce payment is enabled on your card.

The Medical Test

Tests required at the authorized centre

1. Chest X-ray
2. Urine Sample Test
3. Occasionally Blood Test

Recommendations just before the test:- Take a proper bath, drink sufficient water, and don’t wear any lockets or jewellery over your chest.

Sample Application

Create an Immi Account — link and then fill the application as the following sample.

Visa name:- Student (subclass 500)

You must genuinely describe that your stay in Australia will be temporary and planning to return back to your country after completion of your studies.

After completing your application, Kindly upload the important documents required, then review the application properly(recommended twice) before making the payment.

After making the payment ‘others section’ will be enabled where you can upload other supporting documents.
